I won't give up until there is a full invesigation by outside sources into how Rick Ollic, the lead investigator, handled this case.
Wrong is wrong.

And for good men to do nothing is to allow evil to prevail.

The only reason this is playing out on social media is because Rick Ollic did not do his job. Now we need to know why he didn't do his job because again no one is this incompetent.

I will keep working up the channels and no one can say, that I didn't approach them with the information and asking for an investigation. Starting locally and going all the way to the Department of Justice.

Another news article should be .... Mayor Lockliear refuses to Investigate his Chief of Police. Ignores over 4,500 signatures on a petition asking for an investigation into any wrong doing by the Chief of Police Rick Ollic in the case of KadieMajorandherbabies from 2008. Mayor Lockliear hired him, he can certainly call for an investigation.
I'm including the emails from this past March. Mayor Lockliear never replied to the last email nor the petition.
I guess if Mayor Lockliear thinks he own the town of Moncks Corner, he doesn't feel it is necessary to answer to the public concerns.

Moncks Corner Mayor Lockliear made national news for his temper tantrum and being disrespectful to an umpire during kickball game.
If he would be responsible and investigate his Chief of Police Rick Ollic, he could probably make national news again and redeem himself as a hero.

A kickball umpire is suing the mayor of a South Carolina town, saying the pol got him fired for making a call against his team, according to a report.

This is the mentality we are dealing with... A quote from the Post and Courier. Mayor Lockliear says " I own this town."
No wonder why Mayor Lockliear hasn't responded to the petition with over 4500 signatures. He thinks he owns Moncks Corner. I think it's time to show him who owns the town. The citizens who voted him in can also vote him out. I hope the Umpire that Mayor Lockliear totally disrespected wins the lawsuit.

I wonder how Mayor Lockliear would handle the call made against Kadieandherbabies if this was his family. He can't even control himself at a kickball game. His Chief of Police made a corrupt call against Kadie, but yet No response from Mayor Lockliear on the petition he received with over 4,500 signatures to Investigate his Chief of Police, Rick Ollic. He hired him. He can certainly call for an investigation to be sure no more corrupt Investigations happen.

Rick Ollic and Bill Salisbury's theory. Kadie Major threw herself into the side of the train to commit suicide and murder River Lynn her daughter. River Lynn flew out of Kadie's arms and drown in the water.

Look at that train. The tracks are built up high going through the swampy area.

How could Kadie throw herself into the side of the train and only get her right upper thigh damaged? How is that physically possible?

I don't believe and never have believed their theory. It's not possible to throw yourself into the side of a train with out upper body damage. And physically impossible with the direction of the train now that we now North bound train. Not Rick Ollic's made up South bound train.

Here's another reason, there is no way to stop fighting for truth and justice. This is the only report we received from BCSO lead investigator then Captain Rick Ollic. He had a brand new detective do this report. This was it! With all the errors, we were supposed to except this. Not even a typed report. Three lives lost and we get a scribbled up report full of errors.
